The standard is a 24-month lock-up period with pre-termination fees. This means that your subscription will be good for 24 months or 2 years and will commence on the date of your subscription.

Plan upgrades are allowed subject to the adjustment in fees for the upgraded service. However downgrades are not permitted unless pre-termination fees are settled according to following formula: Pre-termination Penalty = (Monthly Service Fee x Remaining Months).

TERRASERV TECHNOLOGIES, INC. shall initiate installation activities only upon receipt of the following: Required Corporate Accounts documents:

  • SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation or Partnership or Cooperation or DTI Registration of Business Name
  • BIR 2303 Certificate/PEZA/ CEZA Certificate
  • Business Permit
  • Lease Contract
  • Secretary’s Certificate or Partner’s Certificate
  • Valid ID of Signatory
  • Payment for all fees and charges including the following:
    • One (1) month advance payment
    • One (1) month security deposit
    • One Time installation Charge (OTC)

We want to give all Terraserv Customers a fair opportunity to enjoy our network. Hence, the implementation of a Fair Use Policy that's designed to reduce the speeds of users responsible for generating large volumes of traffic on the network, which greatly impacts the service we offer to other paying customers. Users (account for less than 3%) likely to be affected by the Fair Use Policy are those who use peer-to-peer applications to download large files, use their non-commercial subscription for commercial purposes, or stream videos heavily on a daily basis. These activities use up a huge portion of network bandwidth, affecting customers like you.

Billing And Payment

We will send your billing statements/Invoices via email and SMS. However, you may request for a hard copy of your billing statements, just visit our local office and request for it from our assigned personnel. Billing start date shall be upon signing of Acceptance. In the absence of signed Acceptance, Service shall be deemed automatically accepted two (2) days upon activation unless valid technical concern is raised in writing, with confirmed receipt from Terraserv Technologies Inc.

Service Delivery

Upon compliance of said requirements, installation shall be completed within a period of:

  • Forty-Five (45) to sixty (60) working days for non-wired buildings
  • Fifteen (15) working days for wireless implementation

We schedule our service installation from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm, with the exception of government declared holidays.
